First-Year Dads and Second- and Third-Year Captains Meeting 2023

Join us on Tuesday, September 5 for an evening of Y Guides Dads Meetings at the McKimmon Center in Raleigh to get ready for the Y Guides 2023-24 program year! This event is open to all first-year dads and second- and third-year Crew Captains.

Meet and greet with other dads, learn more from our Community Partners about Crew outing opportunities you can participate in this year, learn about the year ahead and pick up your program supplies.

Second- and Third-Year Captains Meeting | 5:30 - 6:30 p.m.

Join the Y Guides team to learn more about your second- and third-year in Y Guides. This training is open to Crew Captains starting their second- or third-year in Y Guides for the 2022-23 program year. It is required that at least one dad from each second- or third-year Crew attend a Captains Meeting, so if the Captain cannot attend, please choose another representative to attend in his place. 

First-Year Dads Meeting | 7 - 8 p.m.

Join the Y Guides team to learn more about your first-year in Y Guides. This training is required for all dads joining the Y Guides program with a first-year Crew for the 2022-23 program year, regardless of past participation in the program. 

Program fees & Supplies pick up

We will only distribute program supplies to those who have paid their program fees for the 2022-23 program year. All first-year dads can visit our Join page for information on completing their registration and paying program fees. All second- and third-year dads should log in to their online account to pay their program fees. 

Community Partners

We are excited to invite our Community Partners to this event. You will have the chance to meet and greet with local organizations that can provide Crew outing ideas for you and your Crew before and after the meeting.
