Kids Learning Carpentry

Kids learning carpentry; building a child's confidence one tool at a time!

Your child will learn the value of a very important trade while having fun and creating a project under the guidance of a skilled Wake County Public School carpentry teacher. You can learn math, how to build, the importance of aesthetics, and the value of hard work.

First Year Outing Idea

At Kids Learning Carpentry, LLC we are unique in that we have created modular workbenches which come fully equipped with all the carpentry essentials. These modular units allow for a truly authentic woodworking experience for kids unable to access our woodshop. We would like to encourage tribe leaders to invite us to their next meeting. Together, Kids Learning Carpentry, LLC can help first year tribes build their shark tooth sifters.  Our Spring Shark Tooth Sifter Class (Available Saturdays and Sundays. Class duration is 2 hours) would run $20 per student (which comes to $10 per hour). Dads learn for free. KLC provides all the tools (thanks to our unique modular units) and materials needed to complete the project.
