Where were you born? I was born and reared in Greensboro, NC, which is the home of the nation’s largest Historically Black College/University, North Carolina Agricultural & Technical State University.
What did you want to be you grew up? As a youth, I wanted to be a firefighter, a soldier, and a community leader. I knew I wanted to be a servant leader in my community.
What are your favorite hobbies? I enjoy fishing, swimming and all water sports and activities. I love to travel and visit friends and family. I appreciate being able to volunteer with my Alumni association in the Triangle area. I relish in exploring new restaurants in the Triangle as well.
What do you enjoy most working for Y Guides? I am excited about the opportunity to meet current and new Dads and families. I aspire to build positive relationships and make lifelong memories for families.
If you could visit anywhere, where would you go? I would like to visit Elmina Town in Ghana, Africa.
What's the most important thing you've learned in life? Life is short...enjoy today like tomorrow will never come.
