Spotted Turtle, Swift Arrow and GongaBear are excited to host a pair of events on Facebook Live in collaboration with the YMCA of the Triangle's STRONG Challenge. In January, the YMCA of the Triangle launched the STRONG Community Facebook Group. The STRONG Challenge is an opportunity to get families up and moving to get 2021 started STRONG. Throughout the six-week challenge, YMCA members and participants are invited to post ways that they're staying active. YMCA instructors and staff members are also hosting several live events within the Facebook Group, including two events that will be led by the Y Guides Team.
