Event Cancelation Policy
Cancellations of overnight events (Spring Outing, Fall Outing, Rockmont) received up to five business days prior to the event will receive a full refund minus a $25/person processing fee. Cancelations received the Monday - Thursday of the event week will result in a refund of HALF the event fee, per person. NO REFUNDS will be given for canceling the Friday of the event week or after the event has passed.
Cancelations of secondary events (Winter Inning, Dad Daughter Dance, etc) follow YMCA program policies .
